How to reserve :
By Internet: payment in advance (at the moment of reservation)
By phone: payment of the half to confirm
At the store: payment of the half
Deposit: one identity card
Cancellation procedure :
You can cancel until the day before the reservation.
The reimbursement will be effective only if the reservation has been already paid. Every started hour has to be fully pay
Modalité de remboursement le cas échéant :
The client will receive a voucher equal to the cancelled reservation amount, to be used within six months after the cancellation. The voucher is available à the store or can be send at home.
